    Leadership coaching can support those in career transitions looking to level up their leadership or career in service of immediate and long-term career goals.

  • Action Learning

    Action learning is a process rooted in adult learning theory, understanding that learning and growth happens over-time, in groups and while doing the work, not separate from the work.

    Action learning engagements are a minimum of 4 months and seek to facilitate learning while a team is focused on accomplishing a particular project, setting learning objectives and practicing self-reflection and feedback throughout the process. Action learning groups meet monthly during this period and learning objectives are aligned with organizational objectives.

  • Retreat Facilitation

    Take time to collectively pause, reflect and organize your teams around shared goals, culture and pathways to accountability in custom-designed retreats. I approach planning in a participatory fashion, seeking input from retreat participants and leadership to ensure that various needs and perspectives are accounted for in the planning process. Retreats can virtual or in-person and can be anywhere from a half-day to a full week.
