At its core, the work of EQ Catalyst seeks to improve the world by supporting individuals and teams to be more values-aligned, self-actualized, and embody their desired purpose & away of being in the world. This work is about helping you accomplish your deepest goals by coming into alignment with your highest good for your own benefit and the benefit of others.

VALUES

EQ Catalyst is a values-based consultancy that recognizes:

A) Culture is experienced whether it is created intentionally or a byproduct of unspoken norms;

B) Our bodies are often the holder of our reactions and patterns whether or not we can find words or make sense of a situation;

C) Anti-oppression is an embodied practice practice and way of Being, not merely a position to take up or a point to argue;

D) Restorative culture means power-with not power-over;

E) People of the global majority and those who hold lived experiences of oppression of deserve the right to shape spaces, organizations and communities that we belong to;
